User Acquisition Manager, Meta and Google Ads

We're looking for an experienced UA Manager to focus on managing and optimizing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, ASA, and DSPs, scaling acquisition efforts, and enhancing automation processes.

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

• Working with games using AD, AD+IAP, and IAP monetization models, with a focus on Idle Arcade and Puzzle genres.

• Launching and optimizing advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta, as well as ASA and DSPs.

• Managing 30+ projects simultaneously using efficient tools and automation.

• Developing and improving automation and reporting systems for more effective campaign and project management.

• Enhancing internal processes within the UA team.

• Testing new hypotheses to increase acquisition volumes.

• Communicating with UA managers from partner companies.

• Collaborating with a skilled UA team, sharing knowledge, ideas, and experience.

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• 2+ years of experience in UA gamedev.

• Experience working with Meta and Google Ads.

• Strong understanding of the UA funnel and performance metrics, as well as expertise in acquisition strategies (tCPI, tCPA, tROAS, etc.).

• Analytical mindset.

• English level B1+.

Nice to have:

• Experience in a managerial role, building and optimizing UA team processes.
