Head of Marketing

Hitapps is a GameDev company specializing in two areas: Hybrid-casual & Casual (Puzzle/Brain Teasers). We have several successful products in both categories with a combined total of over 100 000 000 downloads, and we are currently featured in the top charts in the Games section. We are currently in search of a Head of Marketing whose mission will be to drive the growth of our games.

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

• Assisting in the launch, management, and optimization of advertising campaigns;

• Monitoring, analyzing and reporting the effectiveness of campaigns and channels;

• Collaborating with product teams to define KPIs for advertising campaigns;

• Coordinating the work of the team;

• Formulating and testing hypotheses and analyzing results;

• Managing and allocating the user acquisition budget, experimenting with new channels.

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• Minimum 3 years of experience in gamedev, particularly in promoting games through platforms like Applovin, Unity, ironSource, Mintegral, Google Ads, Meta (Facebook), TikTok, ASA;

• Knowledge and understanding of calculating mobile metrics: CPA, LTV, ROAS, CVR, Retention, etc;

• Understanding of how ad network auctions work;

• Experience with ROAS campaigns;

• Experience in budget management, reporting on results, and forecasting future business impact;

• Conducting A/B tests for advertising campaigns;

• Strong communication skills.
