Senior Technical Artist

We are CM Games, an independent game developer. The company was founded in 2010 and is based in Tallinn. Our mission is to create experiences that are loved forever.

We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Technical Artist to work on Nitro Nation World Tour, a new open economy racing game in which players will enjoy ownership of cars within the racing world. This role in a product team offers the opportunity to contribute to a unique game, tackle complex technical challenges and work within a talented cross-functional team.

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

• working closely with Art and Development areas as a bridge between them;

• creating shaders;

• optimizing assets and environment scenes;

• working on complex VFX;

• writing technical documentation.

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• sound understanding of mobile game development processes and pipelines;

• knowledge of modern pipelines for working with 2D and 3D content;

• ability to implement assets into the engine and optimize them;

• proficiency in Unity3D, C#, HLSL;

• experience working with Built-in Render Pipeline;

• proficiency in one of the software packages for creating 3D-graphics (3ds Max/Blender);

• ability to work independently on complex tasks.

• 3+ years of experience in the mobile games industry;

• experience in the level art field (creating environment objects, setting up and baking light);

• creativity and imagination;

• pet project on Unity;

• knowledge of Python;

• B2 level of English;

• interest in racing.
