Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager to organize and manage processes for our mobile project!

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

• Updating the roadmap.

• Planning releases based on realistic estimates.

• Managing and executing development plans and monitoring deadlines.

• Setting up and improving development processes to ensure maximum efficiency.

• Working with the creative team (artists, designers, UI/UX).

• People management of the team: overseeing communications, motivation, and engagement.

• Participating in the hiring process for the team.

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• Experience in game development.

• Proficiency with Jira/Confluence, YouTrack, or other project management tools.

• Strong understanding of the development pipeline.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• High level of responsibility and focus on results.

• A plus: experience writing technical specifications for development, experience as a Business Analyst (BA) or Quality Assurance (QA).
