Project manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. 

Requirements:

• Manage the full project lifecycle, from initiation to delivery, ensuring successful execution of goals.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

• Organize planning: develop Gantt charts, roadmaps, and PI planning.

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.

• Risk management (manage risk matrix).

• Support Status update reports sharing with investors.

• Manage task allocation in Jira and monitor team performance to meet deadlines.

• Improve processes and ensure best practices are followed in project management.

• Create and maintain project documentation.

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in IT or software development.

• Proven track record of managing Agile and Scrum projects.

• Strong experience working with Jira and Confluence, including setting up workflows, Jira automation, managing boards.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment (50+  team members).

• Experience in managing 3-4 feature teams of 5-15 members each in parallel. 

• Proficiency in English at B2 level or higher, with strong written and verbal communication skills (both written and spoken)

Nice to have:

• Enthusiasm for numbers, statistics, analysis, and planning.

• Attention to detail, with a focus on identifying root causes of problems rather than addressing symptoms.

• Strong systems thinking with a commitment to processes and agreements.

• Excellent communication skills and openness to feedback.

• Experience in Game Dev is a plus, particularly managing game production workflows or working with game development and art teams.

• Tech background to be on the same page with SDLC and tech team
