Senior Project Manager (Operations) / Delivery Operations Lead

We’re looking for an Operations Project Manager (Delivery Operations Lead)—someone who will become the central coordination hub for all processes across our mobile games portfolio (both in-house development and publishing).

This is not a classic PM role managing one or two projects.

This is an operations leadership position: you will design and run company-wide execution processes, maintain order across ClickUp, manage multiple parallel workstreams, and ensure predictable, disciplined delivery.

If you thrive on bringing structure to chaos, building and automating processes, overseeing dozens of active projects, and watching everything fall neatly into place—this role is for you.

1. Portfolio Operations Management (Mobile Games)

• Coordinate internal product teams and external studios (publishing partners)

• Manage 10+ concurrent feature updates and releases

• Control timelines, dependencies, and blockers

• Maintain delivery rhythm and predictability across all projects

2. ClickUp Ownership & Development

• Build a scalable project structure for various workflows (external team onboarding, active update pipelines, etc.)

• Set up standards, templates, pipelines, and automations

• Ensure timely status updates from all teams

• Maintain data cleanliness, system order, and consistent processes

3. Reporting & Transparency

• Organize weekly project status reports across the entire portfolio

• Provide full visibility for all stakeholders

4. Rituals & Operational Cadence

• Run syncs, sprints, planning sessions, and quarterly reviews

• Continuously optimize communication and eliminate unnecessary meetings

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• 3+ years in PM / Delivery / Operations in IT (mobile gaming experience preferred)

• Proven ability to manage 10+ parallel projects

• Understanding of mobile game development / LiveOps / publishing workflows

• Strong experience with ClickUp / Jira / Asana

• Ability to bring structure to ambiguity and build scalable processes

• Excellent communication skills and timeline discipline

• Experience collaborating with external teams

Nice-to-Have

• Experience in mobile game publishing

• LiveOps management background

• Basic understanding of product/marketing analytics

• Skills in process consulting and workflow automation
