Senior/Lead Game Designer

We are tinyBuild, a global video game publisher and developer focused on creating long-lasting, sustainable franchises across multiple media formats.

Responsible for over 70 titles, including Hello Neighbor, Graveyard Keeper, and Potion Craft, the company has a dozen development studios spread across the US, EU, Serbia, and Ukraine.

Our in-house indie studio is looking for a Sr./Lead Game Designer for a new 2D game for PC and consoles that combines strategy, resource management, and tower defense. The project is in pre-production.

Our new Game Designer will lead the game design vision of the studio.

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

• Planning, developing, and implementing new mechanics, systems, QOL (Quality of Life), and features;

• Сonfiguring and debugging systems in Unity, balancing game systems, from progression to enemy life counts;

• Working closely with narrative, level design, and development teams;

• Ensuring alignment with the game's direction and vision and consistency across its systems.

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• At least three years of experience working as a game designer.

• Experience in launching gaming projects and creating and balancing complex systems and mechanics;

• Knowledge of mathematics and probability theory is also expected;

• A keen visual sense and the ability to evaluate art, level design, and narrative are essential;

• Having experience with Unity would be an advantage.
