Game Designer

We are looking for a 𝐆𝐚𝐦𝐞 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐞𝐫  who will become part of our team and contribute to the development of our merge-3 project in the casual genre.

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

• Working on a merge-3 product;

• Creating game mechanics and features, and describing their structure;

• Developing in-game events;

• Presenting, defending, and validating your ideas and hypotheses;

• Improving balance, economy, and monetization;

• Participating in shaping the product vision;

• Collaborating with the development team;

• Analyzing competitors’ products.

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• 2+ years of experience as a Game Designer;

• Released mobile games in the portfolio;

• Experience working on casual games;

• Understanding of the F2P market and current industry trends;

• Ability to write project documentation (concepts, design documents) and justify design decisions;

• Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to express ideas clearly in both spoken and written form;

• English level: Intermediate.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience creating technical documentation ready for implementation;

• Experience working with F2P monetization;

• Experience with product analytics and player feedback (building hypotheses, understanding metric impact);

• Experience in balance and economy tuning;

• Portfolio of projects included with the application;

• Knowledge of Photoshop or similar tools;

• Experience with UX/UI;

• Experience working in Unity.
