На які завдання (обов'язки)?

• Paid acquisition efforts across video ad networks to achieve volume, quality, and ROI goals. Incent traffic and pre-installs sources is a plus.

• Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns with data and metrics and optimize accordingly;

• Identify new partners, platforms, and optimization opportunities to drive campaign performance;

• Manage daily campaign spend and strategic relationships with key partners such Applovin, Unity, ironSource, make sure to be in line with targets;

• Keep up to date the latest UA strategies and technologies and assist in improving solution offerings.

Якого професіонала шукаємо?

• 1+ years of driving performance media buys on Ad Networks;

• Experience with managing budgets, reporting on results and predicting the future impact on business processes;

• Experience running A/B tests and optimizing campaigns through experimentation;

• Experience with a puzzles is a plus;

• Strong communicator, both written and verbal;

• Strong analytical skills — able to understand variables and apply logic to new problems;

• High competency in Excel or Google Tables and Tableau;

• High analytical skills with attention to details;

• Great team-player;

• Self-organization and ability to make decisions independently;

• Results-oriented — takes ownership of failures and communicates learnings to the rest of the team.
