На які завдання (обов'язки)?

• Knowledge and experience working with Unreal Engine 5.
• Proven experience in game design, preferably in management or simulation games (examples of technical or concept documentation needed)
• Understanding of music festivals and what makes them enjoyable is a plus.
• Ability to balance complex game systems.
• Strong prototyping skills using Blueprint scripting in Unreal Engine 5.
• Experience with modern design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) and techniques.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Math skills (статистическое моделирование, комбинаторика, теория игр)
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for strategy/management games and understanding of what makes them fun and engaging.
