Senior Unity Developer

CRITICAL REFLEX is an indie game publishing label on a mission:

Find kick-ass games, make sure these games are at their best upon release, and put them in front of as many gaming fans as possible.

We are looking for a Senior Unity Developer to work on one of our projects (PC).

• Architect, implement and iterate on new and existing game systems

• Write robust, maintainable code that meets the high-quality standards of our company

• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, devise solutions to address and mitigate these problems

• Mentor a small team of Unity developers

Якого професіонала шукаємо?

• 3+ years of professional experience in game development with Unity3D

• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and Unity's scripting API

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Ability to justify technical solutions to stakeholders

• Proactive position, desire to improve existing processes

• English B2 or better - the development team is English-speaking

Will be a plus:

• Experience in developing Action Platformer/Metroidvania games

• Deep understanding of shaders, networking, AI, physics, or UI in Unity
