Compose job descriptions and test tasks for candidates;
Develop main scripts for communicating with candidates and responding to their questions for further use;
Search for personnel using any available social platforms;
Engage specific candidates;
Systematize search methods to reduce the time required to close a specific vacancy;
Conduct initial interviews;
Generate reports and recruitment funnels for the manager.
Якого професіонала шукаємо?
Experience in a similar position, preferably in a Game or IT company;
Proficient verbal and written communication;
Negotiation skills and handling objections;
Familiarity with and ability to use boolean search;
Understanding of IT terminology.
