Publishing Producer

CRITICAL REFLEX, a publishing label behind Buckshot Roulette, Mouthwashing, and other titles is looking to add an experienced publishing producer to the team.

На які завдання (обов'язки)?

• Being responsible for and overseeing the development and publishing of several projects from signing to post-release support

• Serving as the primary point of contact for the developers

• Providing developers with feedback and guidance

• Evaluating and accepting milestones

• Identifying early on and solving various issues of the development

• Developing and executing (in collaboration with other teams within Critical Reflex) marketing strategies for your titles

• Staying on top of your titles’ needs outside the development: QA, localization, porting, etc.

Якого професіонала шукаємо?

• Experience either working in a producer capacity in a development studio (at least 1 game shipped) or producer/project/product/marketing experience in game publishing

• An avid indie games player, familiar with the most prominent indie titles across all genres and keeping up with the latest releases

• A problem solver, ready to creatively tackle a wide array of issues, while being a positive and calming presence for the developers

• Excellent communicator, able to convey complex ideas both verbally and in writing

• Meticulous attention to detail with a knack for organizing processes and information

• High sense of ownership and autonomy

• Full production lifecycle experience is a huge plus — you’ve shipped at least one title on any platform as a producer

• Experience working in a game development studio or in different roles within game publishing is a plus

• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus
