Middle / Senior Game Designer

We are tinyBuild, a global video game publisher and developer focused on creating long-lasting, sustainable franchises across multiple media formats.

Responsible for over 70 titles, including Hello Neighbor, Graveyard Keeper, and Potion Craft, the company has a dozen development studios spread across the US, EU, Serbia, and Ukraine.

Our in-house Riga-based indie-team is looking for a Middle/Senior Game Designer for our new MMO PVP survival game with persistent world for PC and consoles.

На які завдання (обов'язки)?

• Full game mechanics and game systems development cycle: all the way from prototyping and in-house pitching to integrating into a release build;

• GDD writing and subsequent decomposing into technical specifications for the development team. Writing accompanying documentation for ready-made mechanics and systems;

• Reviewing GDD and finished mechanics of other team members.

Якого професіонала шукаємо?

• At least three years of experience as a Game Designer;

• Work experience with PC/console AA-AAA games;

• Proficient knowledge of UE4/UE5;

• Extensive gaming experience in PVP FPS, and MMO survival games

• Experience with FPS projects will be advantageous.

• Skills of system аnd level design

• Prototyping skills
