Marketing Manager

Small studio with extensive experience. We develop games on Fortnite, Roblox, and Meta Horizon. We have projects at different stages — from pre-release to already launched. Looking for someone who will take full ownership of all marketing and communications and work independently.

На які завдання (обов'язки)?

Main goal: Own all marketing and community communications for our game portfolio.

Tasks:

• Influencer marketing: find content creators, negotiate deals, purchase advertising

• Community management: build and grow communities for our games

• Organize playtests: recruit testers, coordinate sessions, collect feedback

• Content: posts, announcements, audience engagement

• Full project ownership: from finding contractors to managing payments and reporting

How we work: We give you a task (example: "find 20 creators and buy ads from them") — you deliver results. You organize everything yourself.

Якого професіонала шукаємо?

• Experience in influencer marketing and/or community management (gamedev experience is a big plus)

• Ability to organize processes independently from start to finish

• English: fluent communication (negotiations with creators/team)

• Project management skills
