На які завдання (обов'язки)?

We are seeking a Lead Vegetation Artist to join our team. The job will require working with the Art team to create cutting edge 3D assets for our IP, ranging from small foliage to huge, complex modular plants and other organic objects. Work closely with Designers, Concept Artists, and Art Directors to create highly detailed natural objects, parts of levels, and playable scenery.

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in AAA game development, modeling, and texturing.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in leading artists.

• Proven specialization in performance-optimized vegetation.

• Superior eye for light, shade, color, and detail in creating texture maps.

• An exceptional understanding of form, shape, structure, and silhouette.

• Extensive knowledge of Maya/Max/Modo, Photoshop, ZBrush, Substance Painter, and Baking Tools.

• In-depth knowledge of pipeline requirements of real-time game art.

• Knowledge of real-time rendering concepts, resource limits, and optimization.

• Able to work creatively as part of a large or small group.

• Took ownership and supervision of art assets through all pipeline stages.

• Ability to directly manage, teach, and mentor other artists.

• Participated in interviewing artists and other related hiring processes.

• Have shipped at least one AAA PC or console title in a similar position.

• Excellent communication skills in English.

• Experience with Jira/Miro is a plus.

• Knowledge of architecture styles and manufacture principles.

• A passion for games.
