Junior Project Manager

Octo Games is a young and dynamic GameDev studio that has been successfully bringing its projects to life since 2017. Our team specializes in developing exciting PC games for the Steam platform. Over the years, we've built a talented team of over 80 professionals, but we know this is just the beginning of our journey.

With rapid growth over the past year, we are continuously developing new games and expanding our team. Our games are developed using the Unity engine, and we primarily focus on adult visual novels. To date, we’ve released over 100 games and remain committed to creating even more innovative and engaging experiences.

As we grow, we are looking for new talent to join our team. We are currently seeking a Project Manager to oversee the development of our games, manage production timelines, and ensure the smooth execution of our projects from concept to release.

The ideal candidate will be an organized and proactive individual who can efficiently manage tasks, coordinate with different teams, and keep projects on track to meet deadlines. If you're passionate about games and want to play a key role in creating exciting new titles, we'd love to hear from you!

• Project planning and managing the roadmap

• Monitoring task deadlines and tracking project progress

• Coordinating the work of the team

• Overseeing Jira management

• Conducting regular calls with the team

• Reporting on key development milestones

Якого професіонала шукаємо?

• Experience in project management (e.g., as an assistant or intern) or involvement in game development at the level of understanding development processes

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to manage tasks, track deadlines, and coordinate task execution with the team

• Understanding of basic project management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, and Kanban

• Basic skills in project management tools (Jira, Confluence)

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets

• English proficiency at B2 level

• Ukrainian or Russian proficiency at C1 level
