Head of Data Analytics

Values Value is a recruiting company with expertise in game development and is currently looking for an experienced Head of Data Analytics for the world's first conversational AI tutor for children. This gamification mobile app lets children practice spoken English by conversing with a virtual AI-powered cartoon character. With its engaging virtual character, speech technology, and adaptive learning, this product is making speaking practice affordable for 500 million children around the globe. It is the second largest kid’s language app globally, which is featured in 50+ countries on the App Store and Google Play every week. 

As a new Head of Data Analytics you will help to transform the company into a data-driven powerhouse, enabling stakeholders to make informed decisions, uncover game-changing insights, and supercharge their product's impact on children's English learning journey.

What are you working on?

• Genres: Casual – children's games, puzzles, arcade games, hybrid-casual.

• Platforms: mobile, iOS, Android

• Be the first professional data analyst at the company.

• Optimize and enhance existing data analysis infrastructure. (Firebase, Amplitude, Segment. BigQuery, PostgreSQL, S3, GCP Buckets. Complex SQL).

• Take ownership of the product's data, ensuring its consistency and reliability. Be the go-to person for all things data-related.

• Create insightful reports and dashboards that help stakeholders make informed decisions.

• Lead the A/B testing process, working with stakeholders to design, implement, and analyze experiments.

• Dive deep into data to uncover business and product insights, generating hypotheses to improve key metrics.

• Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to develop predictive metrics for faster decision-making.

• Foster a data-driven culture across the company, empowering teams to make informed decisions.

• Work with various data visualization tools like Tableau and Amplitude to bring data to life.
