На які завдання (обов'язки)?

We are looking for a designer for a project work (duration of 1–2 months) to design and implement a difficulty curve for a casual / hybrid-casual projects.

• Design and tune the difficulty curve, ensuring clear player progression, strong engagement, and support for key retention and monetization points;

• Develop and balance core gameplay systems (gameplay, progression, economy, and related mechanics);

• Analyze existing levels, identify problem areas, and redesign them in terms of structure, pacing, and difficulty;

• Perform holistic game balance tuning, aligning all systems into a unified and consistent design framework.

Якого професіонала шукаємо?

• 3+ years of experience in game design for casual / hybrid-casual games;
• Proven hands-on experience in designing difficulty curves (Match-3 / Puzzle, etc.);
• Ability to balance levels and design in-game economy systems;
• Portfolio and successful cases where the balancing you implemented delivered strong results.
