На які завдання (обов'язки)?

• Define the product’s vision together with senior game producer

• Create the game’s future feature release roadmap

• Work closely with all aspects of Product Development to ensure all the game’s features are well researched, prioritized and in accordance to the organizations’ goals and direction

• Manage all aspects of the games’ development including game design, game economy, defining the schedule and its features 

• Define analytic KPIs for performance tracking and generate reports and actions based on data

• Ensure all features of the products have been tested and evaluated

• Collaborate with all the stakeholders in order to understand and anticipate the needs and be able to translate it to product requirements for the development and art team

• Analyse trends in the gaming market and continuously review the competitive landscape

Якого професіонала шукаємо?

• At least 2 years of experience in leading the production of social games, experience and knowhow around blockchain play-to-earn games is a BIG advantage 

• Intensive knowledge of designing and implementing features on unity engine based games

• Experience in writing extensive documentation which is easily read and understood by developers

• Experience in creation of wireframes and mockups for design teams to give references

• To be highly data- and analysis- driven

• Understanding of game UI/UX 

• Outstanding communication, and leadership skills as well as a team player attitude,

• Knowledge of Agile development methodology 

• Close to native English skills

• Go-to market approach

• Fun and user experience oriented
