Community Manager

We’re looking for a Community & Social Media Marketing Manager to help shape the public face of our studio and our upcoming simulation titles. You’ll work closely with the dev and creative teams to align communication and marketing beats with game milestones, and you’ll take the lead on building, engaging, and growing our player community. 😊

This role is hands-on, creative, and perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment. You’ll have the freedom to shape our brand voice, experiment with content, and drive our presence across digital platforms -with strategic support when needed, but full ownership day-to-day. 😎

На які завдання (обов'язки)?

🩵Lead and grow our social presence across Twitter/X, Instagram, TikTok,
YouTube, Discord, Reddit and more.
🩵Create compelling marketing assets - short videos, images, GIFs,
devlogs, patch highlights, etc.
🩵Build and nurture a healthy, positive community around our games.
🩵Engage directly with players, respond to feedback, and facilitate
meaningful conversations.
🩵Collaborate with developers to plan and execute campaigns around
updates, demos, and launches.
🩵Track and analyze performance of posts and campaigns to guide future
content.
🩵Support outreach to influencers, streamers, and press.
🩵Maintain a consistent tone, visual identity, and communication style
across all channels.

Якого професіонала шукаємо?

❤️ 5+ years of experience in marketing, social media, or community
management - ideally in PC & console games or entertainment.
❤️Strong English writing skills; Spanish or German bilingual is a plus.
❤️Ability to produce marketing-ready assets using Canva, AI platforms,
Adobe tools, or video editing software.
❤️Deep understanding of current social media trends and platform best
practices.
❤️Comfortable taking ownership, managing priorities, and working
independently.
❤️Experience with Discord moderation, content creator outreach, or
shipping a game is a big advantage.
❤️Interest in simulation games, strategy, manufacturing, engineering or Scifi
literature is a plus.
