На які завдання (обов'язки)?

●On-boarding process for newcomers
●Performance review meetings
●One on one meetings
●Documentation
●Leading the analysis of employee feedback and data, with the aim of creating a better working environment and engaged culture
●Creating documentation and policies for the team off-boarding

Якого професіонала шукаємо?

●1+ years of experience as HR Manager in the IT field (best if in GD company)
●Excellent and proven organizational, verbal, written, and communication skills
●Experience of using HR software (would be a plus)
●It will be great if you possess coaching experience or have a psychology education
