Art Manager

Strikerz Inc. is a videogame-creating collective and an international gaming brand launched in 2016 by a handful of people involved with online football. Currently, there are 250+ of us spread over 5 regional offices in various locations across Europe or working from home (yes, we love it too). Strikerz Inc. is the force behind the UFL, the ongoing online football videogame revolution. Being fans, we aim at offering our players an unprecedented gaming experience available on all major platforms.

На які завдання (обов'язки)?

Art Manager is responsible for overseeing the development, and delivery of high-quality art assets for the UFL game. Working closely with the Associate Art Director you will manage the art team, schedules, and workflows to ensure the artistic vision is fully realized while meeting technical and timeline constraints. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee resource control, project composition, risk management, task management, and collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth workflow and efficient cross-team interactions.

• Manage the art team (10-15 people): Ensure project transparency, build production schedules, track milestones, and oversee workflows to realize the game's artistic vision within technical and timeline constraints.

• Maintain and improve team processes, manage documentation, and implement changes.

• Collaborate closely with the Associate Art Director to break down high-level goals into version feature scope, identify and resolve production risks and bottlenecks.

• Regularly update senior management on the status and progress of production issues.

• Coordinate cross-team interactions for seamless art asset integration.

• Develop career development paths for artists and conduct performance reviews for the team.

• Administer staffing decisions that contribute to achieving both the short and long-term goals of the art team.

• Manage team health by supporting skill development, conducting performance reviews, and driving continuous improvement through retrospectives.

Якого професіонала шукаємо?

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as an art manager or project manager in the gamedev, CG industry, or 3D production.

• Understanding of the 3D assets production and delivery lifecycle of a feature.

• Experience in process improvement and change implementation.

• Experience in working with production data, including collecting and analyzing team process and task statistics.

• Proficiency in cross-team coordination, with the ability to express your thoughts clearly, stay organized, and pay attention to details.

• Strong facilitation skills.

Will be a plus:

• An understanding of the technical limitations and requirements for art in a game engine.

• Experience in Agile development methodologies.
