SMM Manager

Hitapps is a GameDev company specializing in two areas: Hybrid-casual & Casual (Puzzle/Brain Teasers). We have several successful products in both categories with a combined total of over 100 000 000 downloads, and we are currently featured in the top charts in the Games section. Currently, we are looking for a SMM Manager to join our People Operations team, whom we will entrust with the development of the company's HR brand.

На какие задачи (обязанности)?

• Development and implementation of SMM and Content strategy;

• Content plan creation;

• Increasing brand awareness through online and offline initiatives;

• Participation in HR projects and activities;

• Creating and publishing content on various social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.), as well as on various portals;

• High-quality work with texts for publications;

• Trend and competitor analysis;

• Analysis of SMM strategy effectiveness and making decisions for its improvement.

Какого профессионала ищем?

• Experience in a similar or related position of at least 3 years (IT companies only);

• Experience in developing and implementing SMM strategies;

• Strong writing skills, proficient in written communication;

• Understanding of social media analytics basics and ability to draw conclusions based on data;

• Ability to work in a team and multitask;

• Attention to detail and excellent communication skills;

• Proficiency in photo/video editing software;

• Important: English – Upper-Intermediate+
