We are seeking a skilled and experienced Game Designer to join our dynamic and growing team. As a GDD Specialist, you will play a key role in our game development process, ensuring clear documentation and effective communication across teams.

На какие задачи (обязанности)?

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop detailed and coherent Game Design Documents in English, outlining game mechanics, art concepts, animation guidelines, and visual effects specifications based on approved pipelines

• Communicate closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to understand project objectives, gather feedback, and integrate suggestions into the GDDs

• Plan tasks and manage teams to ensure timely and successful game features and elements are implemented.

• Generate performance reports to monitor the progress of tasks and projects, highlighting achievements and identifying areas for improvement.

• Utilize tools such as Miro, Jira/Confluence, Figma, and Google Sheets to organize and document project-related information.

COMPETENCIES AND EXPERIENCE

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar capacity within the gaming industry.

• Proven track record of crafting detailed Game Design Documents for mobile games, with expertise in casual and brawler genres.

• Fluent English communication skills, with at least an upper-intermediate level proficiency.

• Familiarity with game balance principles and live operations is advantageous, showcasing a well-rounded understanding of game design dynamics.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration, work presentation, and ideas articulation.
