Values Value, a recruiting company with expertise in gamedev, is looking for an experienced Google Ads Lead for our client, that creates successful applications that improve lives of people around the world. The company cultivates culture of constant growing, developing and learning new things.

We’re looking for an expert in Google Ads (Search and Display) that will bring his or her expertise and will help to scale the Google acquisition.

На какие задачи (обязанности)?

• Developing an efficient Google Team which will be able to achieve business goals

• Developing and implementing effective PPC strategies across various placements, including Google Search, Google Display Network, YouTube, and Discovery to achieve business goals

• Tracking KPIs to assess performance and efficient execution of KPI

• Conducting competitive research and analysis to identify performance growth points

• Providing guidance, insights, and recommendations to increase team effectiveness and performance

• Actively collaborating with colleagues from other teams to develop full WEB funnel flow through PPC strategies

• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices, and incorporate them into our projects

• Developing new insights and process improvements

• Maintaining partnerships with PPC ad platforms

Какого профессионала ищем?

• Experience in building an efficient team which will be able to achieve business goals

• 3+ years of experience in PPC campaign management and optimization

• Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines

• Proven experience in scaling Google acquisition

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Excel) and Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Slides), experience with Google Analytics

• Strong English language skills are required, at least at B2 level or higher
