DevGAMM is a well-established gaming industry conference with 17 years of history.
Our B2B events have successfully taken place across Europe, and we are actively expanding to new regions, including MENA.

We are a small, experienced, and highly involved team that works closely together during intense production cycles. Events are our core product, and production is at the heart of everything we do.

На какие задачи (обязанности)?

We are looking for a Junior Event Production Assistant, someone who wants to grow into event production, is not afraid of responsibility, and enjoys keeping many moving parts under control.

This role is ideal for someone at the beginning of their production career, but with at least some real-life organizational experience and strong communication skills.

The role includes (but is not limited to):

• Volunteer coordination and support

• Print-related tasks and requirement tracking

• Research tasks (contractors, venues, services)

• Communication with small contractors

• Furniture and logistics support

You will work closely with our very experienced Production Manager, who will mentor you.

Какого профессионала ищем?

The ideal candidate:

• Has minimal experience organizing events (student events, meetups, private events, etc.).

• Communicates confidently in English (written & spoken) and Russian/Ukrainian

• Comfortable with calls and verbal communication

• Is responsible, punctual, and stress-resistant

• Enjoys structure, spreadsheets, and attention to detail

• Is ready to learn a lot and grow in production

• Comfortable with 4 to 7 work trips per year

• Visa-free or has a residence permit in the EU

Bonus points for

• Experience working with contractors, orders, or contracts

• Driver’s license

• Understanding that paper has density, and that not all t-shirts are size M 😉
