• Develop, implement, and manage bonus programs tailored to the needs of various user segments, ensuring alignment with company objectives

• Collaborate with product, design, and development teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of bonus systems across all platforms

• Analyze user behavior and campaign performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize promotional strategies

• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to ensure our bonus systems remain competitive and innovative

• Design and manage loyalty programs, cashback offers, and other incentives to enhance user engagement and lifetime value

• Work closely with the analytics team to generate reports and insights that inform strategic decision-making and future campaigns

• Oversee the localization of bonus campaigns to cater to diverse markets and audiences

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and responsible gaming standards in all promotional activities

• Manage the budget for bonus campaigns, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and ROI

Какого профессионала ищем?

• At least 2 years of experience in marketing within the gambling/betting industry

• Strong understanding of bonus structures, gamification techniques, and user engagement strategies

• Proficiency in analyzing data and using insights to inform marketing strategies

• Familiarity with marketing tools and CRM platforms relevant to the gambling industry

• Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork

• Proficiency in English (written and spoken), with native or fluent proficiency in Ukrainian or Russian
