UE 3D Motion Designer (Marketing)

Our creative team is looking for a colleague in the role of UE Motion Designer to produce advertising videos for mobile games in a casual style (Tycoon, Farming).

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

• Create full-cycle advertising creatives for mobile games.

• Assemble scenes from existing assets, set up lighting and materials.

• Work in Sequencer: timing, camera direction, and object animation.

• Bring scenes to life with character animation and effects.

• Design game mechanics and interaction logic in UE.

• Execute tasks independently, balancing quality and deadlines.

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• Unreal Engine: confident in Blueprints (mechanics logic, code optimization) and Niagara (custom VFX, physics simulations).

• After Effects: high-quality compositing, working with AI-generated content, UI animation, and basic sound design.

• Blender: simulations (Rigid Body, Fluid), basic animation, and 3D asset preparation.

• AI Tools: experience with image generators (Midjourney, Nanobanana, Freepik, Tripo3D) and video tools (Kling, Veo, Runway) to speed up production.

• Marketing expertise: understanding metrics, analyzing competitors, and identifying elements that impact ad performance.

• Animation sense: your videos should feel dynamic and “tactilely” pleasing.
