We are tinyBuild, an international game developer and publisher. We have been publishing and developing our own AA and mid-core games for consoles, PC and mobile platforms for 10 years. Among the most famous games from tinyBuild is Hello Neighbor. To date, the Hello Neighbor franchise consists of 5 video games with more than 60 million installs across all platforms and stores. In addition, Hello Neighbor is a series of children's books and graphic novels, an animated series, and its own YT show. 

The company has offices in Seattle (USA), Riga (Latvia), Hilversum (Netherlands), and many employees work from home in different parts of the world. We appreciate openness, desire to learn new things and become better, to share expertise and make a truly interesting product. 

Now we are looking for a SMM manager who will take the Hello Neighbor games franchise, which already has a strong community and loyal audience, to a new level via social media promotion.

We are looking for a specialist who is passionate about video games and has extensive experience and a proven track record in working with social media. TikTok is among the most important platforms for the Hello Neighbor franchise, so we’re looking for someone with extensive TikTok knowledge, preferably a TikTok creator.

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

• Content creation for our social channels, including gifs, copy, video and graphic creation

• Social and content campaign development, promotion and management

• Provide direction and feedback to external content contributors including writers, graphic designers and videographers

• Publishing to channels, both earned and owned

• Actively work with leadership to develop content that aligns with specific goals

• Execute campaigns according to business needs

• Active listening across the entire social web

• Daily, weekly and monthly reporting

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• Extreme proficiency in social media channels including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram and TikTok. You must be familiar with how to use and admin the platforms, as well as publish and promote.

• TikTok junkie. TikTok is a very important platform for Hello Neighbor, so you have to be an active TikTok user at the least. Being a TikTok creator is a huge plus.

• Experience, with demonstrated success, in content development for social channels. This includes writing copy, creating graphics, editing videos, and producing other creative assets as needed.

• Ability to build audiences and promote content. Experience with Facebook Business Manager is a big plus

• Able to work and manage assignments within various project management systems

• Adept at creating story arcs, and bringing the stories to life in multiple channels, and in different mediums.

• Experience using Sprout Social, Sprinklr or similar social marketing & listening tools

• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent spoken and written English, other languages are a plus
