Senior Project Manager

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

• Fully manage company’s projects portfolio including internal and external projects

• Ensure that the various planning, communication and tracking tools are properly implemented and updated

• Responsible for putting together documentation packages required to go through all the approval with customers

• Responsible for collecting feedback from the project’s stakeholders

• Follow-up with the managers and update the staffing plans for the project team

• Follow-up with the managers and update the project budget and track expenses

• Coordinate and create the means required to ensure the proper flow of information throughout the project (e.g. newsletters, mailing lists, etc.)

• Proactively organize team meetings or other types of meetings whenever necessary to keep the team updated with the status of the project

• Keep the various project organization tools up to date (including project organization flow charts and timelines)

• Coordinate and ensure accurate project’s costs estimations on the pre-sale phase

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• 3+ years of experience in the software development or game development

• Higher education

• English at least Upper-intermediate (ability to communicate with team and customers)

• Solid knowledge of agile development methodologies

Desirable

• In-depth knowledge of the gaming industry or outsourcing software development

• High proficiency in goal settings and project planning tools 

• Certificates and real experience PM / Product owner / Scrum master
