Product manager (HR CRM)

Area of Games is a gaming company that unites top industry professionals in video game, mobile game, and board game development and publishing, aiming to create a seamless entertainment ecosystem.

We are currently looking for a Product Manager for a project focused on developing a multifunctional HR CRM.

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

• Identify the key needs of the product’s target market, including functionality, technologies, and business model for product commercialization.

• Manage the product backlog and roadmap based on feedback from customers, presales, product integrators, market analytics, and competitor research.

• Oversee product development as a Product Owner.

• Plan and manage product release changes.

• Improve product quality processes.

• Conduct and initiate user research on the product.

• Manage product demo environments.

• Implement a continuous improvement process for the product.

• Regularly analyze competitors and top global solutions, identifying and establishing market best practices and benchmarks.

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• At least 3 years of experience as a Product/Project Owner.

• Strong advantage: experience with HR or CRM-class products.

• A plus: experience in building customer support systems and understanding terms like incidents and SLA.

• Proven track record of successfully implementing CRM-class systems (business process automation) as an expert consultant or functional architect for large enterprise clients (at least one successful implementation project).

• Experience in building and managing product teams.

• Understanding of Agile development methodologies.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multitasking environment with long-term uncertainty.

• Proactiveness, ability to escalate risks in a timely manner, and propose solutions.
