Product Manager

Wargaming’s MS-1 studio is searching for an experienced Product Manager (Product Owner) who is passionate about game development & is familiar with the games market.

MS-1 is the Wargaming development studio that creates outstanding games for mobile and portable platforms. The team’s portfolio includes World of Tanks Blitz, the award-winning cross-platform shooter with over 120 million downloads from all over the world.

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

• Lead the team and improve efficiency on their way of constantly making the game better;

• Make the decision about product development;

• Organize constant value delivery to end users;

• Do the research and analyze gamers behavior;

• Deliver results and manage risks;

• Ensure smooth collaboration between the teams and external departments and units of the company;

• Cultivate a culture of mutual respect and continuous improvement.

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• Product Owner / Product Manager for shipped game products experience;

• 3+ year of relevant knowledge and experience;

• Experience working on games; 

• Good master of coaching and employees motivation skills;

• Readiness to work with several Scrum / Kanban teams as well as to manage big cross-team initiatives;

• Experience with Unreal Engine;

• Experience with shooter games or mobile games;

• Experience working in multicultural environment;

• Background in game design, art, or programming;

• Fluency in English.
