We are looking for a Product Analyst to join our team and help shape the future of our products. In this role, you will collect, analyze, and interpret data to uncover valuable insights that drive measurable improvements. We need someone who can go beyond the numbers, spot trends, and turn data into actionable strategies. Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

• Generating hypotheses for product improvement based on data.

• Conducting A/B tests and analyzing their results.

• Ownership of a clear A/B testing process.

• Creating BI tools (dashboard/report) for monitoring and analyzing key product metrics.

• Managing and structuring analytics events taxonomy

• Integrating statistically significant solutions into the product.

• Full engagement in product processes, including funnel exploration at every stage and hypothesis generation.

• Working with raw data.

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• Experience in conducting A/B testing and a solid understanding of its principles.

• Advanced knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, charts).

• Knowledge of the basics of mathematical statistics for data analysis, planning, and evaluating A/B tests.

• Analytical thinking, ability to draw conclusions and provide recommendations, and effectively communicate insights to the team
