We are looking for

We are looking for a talented Motion / Video Designer to join our video production team and work on user acquisition and marketing creatives.
You will play a key role in producing high-quality video ads, participating in creative sessions, and pitching fresh ideas.

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

• Produce engaging advertising videos to promote our products

• Create animated videos using game UI and mechanics

• Edit footage: color correction, keying, and tracking

• Adapt videos to various specifications (formats, durations, localizations)

• Work with AI tools and sound design

• Generate and pitch new ideas for video ads

Expected outcomes

• Consistently high-quality motion across all products and marketing materials

• Unified visual language and animation standards

• Smooth, optimized animations for all target platforms

• Faster production cycles through reusable templates and components

• Reduced rework and visual inconsistencies

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

Must-have:

• Up-to-date portfolio and/or showreel

• 3+ years of experience in video production (from storytelling to final render)

• Strong understanding of animation principles, editing and composition rules, basic color theory

• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop

• 1+ year of experience working with AI tools for advertising creation

• Fluent Russian

Nice-to-have:

• Knowledge of 3D (Unity, Cinema4D, or Unreal)

• Background in production studios or ad agencies

• Directing experience
