Middle Product Manager

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

• Initiating and implementing internal projects for the development of the company's product, including casino products (slots, live casino) and sportsbook.

• Managing promotions and bonus programs: development, testing, and performance analysis.

• Improving user experience through data analysis, scenario research, and implementation of changes.

• Monitoring project progress, analyzing risks, and promptly addressing emerging issues.

• Organizing the work of a cross-functional team: assigning tasks to analysts, QA, developers, documenting agreements, and tracking deadlines.

• Gathering and updating requirements from internal and external stakeholders, providing feedback.

• Monitoring key metrics (GGR, NGR, Retention, MAU, bet amount, deposit amount) and formulating growth hypotheses.

• Preparing regular reports on project status and task completion for management.

• Creating and maintaining an internal knowledge base and updating documentation.

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• At least 3 years of experience in product management in B2C (web, mobile).

• Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams.

• Experience in iGaming, blockchain, or cryptocurrency projects is a plus.

• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and the ability to adapt them to business needs.

• Data analysis skills: working with key metrics, formulating and testing hypotheses.

• English language proficiency at B2 level or higher.

• Technical skills (e.g., knowledge of SQL or API) are a plus.

• Ability to work in a multitasking environment, attention to detail, and proactivity.
