Lead QA Engineer

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

• Efficiently identifying bugs as well as reporting them with great documentation & action points, as well as collecting community / user bug reports and transforming them into tickets on a bug triage board

• Writing and maintaining test cases

• Working with test management tools

• Developing well documented test strategies

• Project management- i.e. overseeing a small team of QA testers / contributors, approving features for deployment to various stages, and ordering bug tickets by priority / severity.

• Research & improvement of QA practices

• Coordinating closely with the team in sprint reviews / planning, etc.

• Keeping up to date with the Web3 stack

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• Having a deep understanding of defect life cycle

• Experience working with REST & postman / swagger

• Knowledge of TypeScript

• Experiencing using QA automation tools like Selenium, Cypress as well as unit testing tools like chai, mocha, jest

• Ability to write clear documentation as well as strong interpersonal, written, & oral communication skills in English

• Previous experience working as a QA Engineer

• Understanding of project management techniques & best practices

• Build and or define requirements for custom QA tools

Nice to have

• Prior experience as a software engineer, with a track record of producing clean & maintainable code

• A pre-existing passion for working with & researching the Web3 stack

• Prior experience with using agile tools

• Prior experience in penetration testing, exploiting features & finding vulnerabilities
