We're currently looking for a HR Manager!
Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?
Maintain and optimize basic HR processes: adaptation, onboarding/offboarding, performance review, motivation.
Communicate effectively with employees, 1:1 meetings
Prepare and maintain HR-related reports and documentation.
Maintain and promote a positive work culture and company values.
Monitor and analyze HR metrics to improve processes and employee satisfaction.
Build trusting partnership with employees/team leaders, the ability to resolve work conflicts and find compromise solutions.
Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?
At least 2 years of experience in HR in IT.
Excellent communication skills and high level of empathy.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and best HR practices.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and solve non-standard problems.
Deep understanding of business goals.
High level of adaptation to change.
High level of initiative.
