Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?
Handle all administrative aspects of the employee lifecycle, managing preboarding, onboarding, offboarding and other internal processes.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, contracts, and legal documents in compliance with local regulations.
Coordinate invoices processing, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
Support the development, communication, and enforcement of company policies and procedures.
Prepare reports on HR data on request.
Participating in other HR projects
Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?
1+ years in HR administration or a similar role.
Strong understanding of HR practices, Estonian/Moldovan labor laws, and payroll processes.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Proficiency with HRIS systems.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (B2+).
Proactivity: A self-starter with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems independently.
Understanding the specifics of HR Management in a small company.
A passion for the gaming industry.
