Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

-Collaborate with project leads and stakeholders to define and clarify project requirements and scope;
-Develop and manage project backlogs, roadmaps, schedules, and documentation;
-Facilitate communication and planning across project teams;
-Collaborate with the team to create project estimates, timelines, and risk analysis with mitigation plans;
-Contribute to game design and product development with creative ideas;
-Monitor budget usage and identify potential risks of going over budget, communicating them to stakeholders;
-Coordinate cross-functional development teams in managing features and content from idea generation to in-game implementation;
-Ensure adherence to established documentation and development workflows for features and content;
-Prioritize tasks, bugs, design iterations, and stakeholders’ feedback;
-Anticipate and address potential problems such as resource blockers, quality concerns, and scope changes;
-Communicate effectively to resolve problems efficiently.

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

- 1+ year of work experience in the same position in a product company;
- 1+ year in iGaming and at least two game projects completed in the portfolio;
- 1+ year of experience in creating table games (keno, poker, baccarat, BJ), having experience with slots is a plus;
- Upper-Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency is a requirement;
- Profound knowledge of the iGaming industry and players' behavior;
- Knowledge of what player experience means and ability to implement it into the design;
- Profound knowledge of the iGaming industry and players' behavior;
- Ability to create, track, and maintain schedules across multiple teams and budgets;
- A profound understanding of software development processes, project management, and agile methodologies;
- Experience in managing communication with different stakeholders;
- Strong understanding of development workflows, production processes, and testing.
