Game manager (casino)/Game Provider Manager

We are a dynamic iGaming company with 10+ well-known B2C gaming brands.

Our company was founded in 2020 by a group of talented top managers, and now we have 700+ people! We are regular participants of international conferences, our brands enjoy respect and popularity among customers.

In connection with the opening of a new project, we are looking for a Gaming manager (casino).

The main task is to effectively conduct negotiations with game providers to obtain more favorable terms of cooperation: connecting trending games, pre-release of new games, complex setting and sorting by rating of top games, obtaining royalty discounts and game discounts, organizing joint tournaments with providers. And also, connection and agreements with new providers.

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

• Communication with game providers and aggregator: Offers on local/network tournaments, positioning of games in the lobby, pre-releases.

• Release of new games on the site, checking for fraud, adding all the necessary categories and positioning on the site.

• Formation/analysis of reports.

• Regular reordering of the project lobby.

• Forming a promo plan for the month.

• Launch of network tournaments/pre-releases. Ordering the installation of banners, monitoring the launch of promos.

• Control of receiving discounts from providers and the platform.

• Teamwork with other departments (Loyalty, retention, marketing).

• Setting and monitoring tasks on the aggregator.

• Launch of new projects.

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• Full understanding of how and what is affected by such indicators as: RTP, Royalty, min/max bet, max multiplier, max exposure, bet/win amount, GGR.

• Experience in concluding agreements and further work with game providers.

• Good command of all games, understanding of their mechanics.

• Analytical skills and experience in presenting the results of your work in metrics and numbers.

• Experience in a similar position from 2+ years.

• Understanding the latest trends in the gambling industry in various markets.

• Knowledge of oral and written English Upper-Intermediate and above.
