Game Designer

Original Games is a mobile game studio based in Estonia. We are a small crew of talented software engineers, game designers, artists, producers, marketers, analytics experts, and more. We are creating innovative, catchy mobile experiences for wide audiences around the globe.

We are looking for an experienced Game Designer. As a crucial member of our spirited Game Development team. You will become an important part of the design team on already launched titles (casual) and also on projects that are in an early stage. Together with your colleagues you will create and maintain a long-lasting and fun experience, while also further improving the game's monetization and other KPIs.

• Create features and content design

• Create balance for new and already existing features

• Systems design

• Collaborate with colleagues to bring the design vision to life

• Leverage your data-driven mindset to ensure that our players have engaging, long-lasting and fun experiences

• Create economy models that facilitate new features and event creation, while staying healthy in the long run

• Stay aware of new trends in the mobile game market. Reverse engineer solutions from competitive titles and learn from them

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• You have 3+ years of relevant game design experience

• You are an excellent communicator. You can visualize and present ideas in a clear and comprehensive way using a variety of tools

• You are a great employee who can work efficiently and manage your time

• You are constantly trying to improve your skills and are willing to accept and provide constructive criticism

• You have set up and expanded a game economy to support expanded feature sets and live ops events

• You dream of spreadsheets and are able to use them in very versatile ways (eg. as balancing tools, monitoring tools, LiveOps tools, and much more)

• We need you to be an excellent team player, who fits into our friendly team of highly motivated professionals
