Game Director

Strikerz Inc. is a videogame-creating collective and an international gaming brand launched in 2016 by a handful of people involved with online football. Currently, there are 200+ of us spread over 5 regional offices in various locations across Europe or working from home (yes, we love it too). Strikerz Inc. is the force behind the UFL, the ongoing online football videogame revolution. Being fans, we aim at offering our players an unprecedented gaming experience available on all major platforms.

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Executive Game Director ensures the product vision is executed across all departments and in accordance with the product’s roadmap.

Game Director is to be responsible for game operation and is to be one of the key people influencing the product feature set, design and production roadmap. The role implies a deep focus on working with studio departments, such as Game Design, Development, Business Intelligence, Localization, Sound, etc.

Functions:

• Owns the global vision of the UFL game product strategy;

• Partners with Senior Management and representatives to design, implement and maintain product features;

• Co-owns the roadmap together with Development Director;

• Identifies, manages, and solves operational and project risks;

• Solves complex partner and business problems and balances priorities across multiple disciplines and teams;

• Coordinates and fosters effective and open communications across the teams;

• Negotiates and approves the Product Vision and Product Development Strategy with stakeholders;

• Keeps all key stakeholders informed.

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• Outstanding leadership skills and a team-player mentality;

• 10 years of experience in Game Development on Producer / Game Director roles;

• At least one AA / AAA game shipped within a Game Producer / Executive Producer / Product Director role;

• Successful cases of F2P game operation in the role of Executive Producer / Game Director;

• Analytical skills required to optimize the budget and managing schedules and project resources;

• Ability to analyze production metrics and benchmarks;

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

• Deep knowledge of sport simulators market;

• Passion for Football;

• English (B2-C1).
