BI Analyst

Vivid Games is one of the leading Polish mobile game developers and a team of almost 90 individuals on a mission to entertain players with great games. We publish titles developed by internal teams and external studios as well as from the publishing program. We work remotely, having offices in Bydgoszcz and Warsaw.

As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will join our Real Boxing team working on the world’s best and most recognizable mobile boxing franchise "Real Boxing". Our new BI Analyst is a dynamic, proactive individual who has a solid technical base. The primary objective of the position is to turn the complex data into visualizations that allow us to understand the data and draw actionable conclusions. You will help to design, develop, and optimize our F2P games to improve user experience as well as revenue and drive data-informed decision-making processes across Vivid Games.

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

• Collecting and deep-dive analyzing user data from large databases related to monetization, users behavior, sales, performance, and quality,

• Designing, developing, and testing BI reports and Dashboards in specific tools used for data visualization,

• Developing complex SQL queries and scripts to extract relevant information from our system,

• Creating both regular and ad-hoc reports,

• Developing and maintaining standards for dashboards and reporting initiatives (that includes making sure data is visualized appropriately, creating consistent standards, and confirming that all data is accurate),

• Working with development teams and marketing to outline the specific data needs,

• Taking accountability for the quality of data reported by our product (cooperation with internal Big Data Team, data quality issues reporting; taking actions to improve the quality of data; proposing data quality checks),

• Defining requirements for Data Marts structure (cooperation with internal Big Data Team).

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• 2+ years of professional experience in Business Intelligence (experience in data analysis for the gaming industry will be a plus),

• Demonstrated skills in visualizing data, specifically utilizing Qlik,

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Physics or other related fields,

• Proficiency with SQL for the extraction of data,

• Experience with BI software such as Qlik (preferred), Power BI, Tableau, etc.,

• Knowledge of Big Query,

• Knowledge of Python will be a plus,

• Ability to look at large complex data sets and formulate meaningful conclusions,

• Analytical thinking skills and ability to interpret business data,

• Good communication skills in oral and written English (at least B2).
