Values Value is a recruiting company with expertise in game development and is currently looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager for a cash-positive, high-margin company that builds and scales a portfolio of subscription-based iOS utility products, while continuously testing, validating, and launching new niches and product directions. The company operates with a clear, performance-driven business model and moves fast: testing new ideas, validating unit economics, and scaling what works.
As the new Affiliate Manager, you will be responsible for building and scaling the affiliate acquisition channel from the ground up. You will develop a diversified partner network, identify new traffic opportunities, and ensure stable growth with strong unit economics. This role sits at the intersection of performance marketing, business development, and analytics, with direct impact on revenue growth and channel scalability.

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?
Source, attract, and onboard new affiliate partners (networks, direct publishers, media buying teams)
Grow and develop existing partners: increase volumes, expand to new GEOs and traffic sources
Launch, manage, and optimize campaigns (CPI / CPA / CPS models)
Analyze traffic performance (ROI, LTV, CR, retention) and make optimization decisions
Manage attribution and tracking in AppsFlyer (setup, validation, postback analysis)
Monitor traffic quality and detect fraud / low-quality sources
Negotiate with partners (rates, volumes, tests, exclusives)
Monitor market trends and competitors, identify new growth opportunities
Participate in industry conferences and build offline partnerships
Ensure transparent reporting and internal communication
Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?
3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing (CPA / CPI / performance models)
Experience working with affiliate networks, direct publishers, and media buying teams
Strong understanding of the mobile app ecosystem
Hands-on experience with tracking tools (AppsFlyer is required)
Understanding of iOS attribution (SKAdNetwork, postbacks, limitations)
Experience with multiple traffic sources (push, pops, native, social, etc.)
Strong analytical skills (ROI, LTV, CPA, retention)
Negotiation and partner management skills
English – Upper-Intermediate+
