Project Manager

Vizor Games is looking for a Project Manager for the Game Designer, Art, UI/UX teams.
We need a Project Manager to organize and manage processes on our mobile project, Klondike Adventures!

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

• Roadmap maintenance.

• Version planning based on realistic estimates.

• Maintaining and implementing development plans and monitoring deadlines.

• Setting up and improving development processes, ensuring its maximum efficiency.

• Collaborate with creative teams (artists, game designers, UI/UX).

• Organize team and project work, maintain project's culture, and company values.

• Participation in hiring new employees for the team.

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• Experience in game development.

• Good understanding of the development pipeline, especially in art, design, UI/UX production.

• Skills in an integrated approach to problem solving with the ability to structure and prioritize elements.

• Experience with project requirements, risk management.

• Ability to make quick and effective decisions.

• High level of responsibility and results-oriented mindset.

• Ability to assert one's point of view civilly and reasonably.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
