Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

• office management tasks;
• support office life and operations;
• organization of daily orders’ delivery;
• work with external and internal phonecalls and correspondence;
• assisting HR departments with the benefits program and other activities;
• top management and staff assistance on different matters.

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• at least 1 year of previous experience as an Office Manager, Front Office Manager or Administrative Assistant;
• knowledge of Lithuanian and Russian;
• good command of English will be a plus;
• advanced PC user (knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Google Docs);
• excellent communication and time-management skills;
• ability to work on several tasks simultaneously.
