Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

• Coordinate and supervise mobile game dev teams from the prototype stage till the product launch including game design, game analytics, user experience, QA, etc;

• Being a vision holder for the prototypes, suggest the features that bring value for the product;

• Management of products in short-term/long-term projects;

• Provide guidance and motivation to team members;

• Ensures communication with Head Office and all the teams involved in the game production;

• Create and maintain project schedule and documentation — GDD, game concepts, pitches;

• React to incoming change requests from the team to support the project;

• Continually improves the production process

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• At least 2-3 years of experience working on a similar position in GameDev;

• Experience with social Casinos' game development, released games (portfolio highly requested);

• Experience in the creation of a game and content from idea and concept to a ready product;

• Good understanding of user behavior and FTUE (first-time user experience);

• Good knowledge of English, from the upper-intermediate level;

• Experience as a game designer will be a big plus;

• Analytical skills, ability to multitask, attentiveness to the details;

• Proactive life attitude and excellent communication skills.
