We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our international development team for creating our F2P massively multiplayer online game - "Instant War".

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

As a Live game services DevOps you will work in close partnership with all the collaborators involved in the creation of the game (Game designer, Lead Marketing and Monetization Manager) during the development of the game and throughout its commercial exploitation.

📌Main duties

- Monitoring and managing the AWS infrastructure;
- Assist with software deployments;
- Develop new features for Game services; 
- Support and troubleshooting for any server hardware issues;
- Provide first-level response and debugging for critical software systems;
- Run, monitor, and test backups of critical systems;
- Researches analyzes and reports regarding new technologies, tools, and techniques.

📌You should be comfortable with all of the following

AWS:
- Athena, Certificate Manager, CloudFront;
- CodeBuild, CodeCommit. DynamoDB;
- EC2, EFS, ElastiCache, Elastic Container Service, Elasticsearch Service;
- IAM, Lambda (NodeJs & Python3);
- RDS, Route 53, S3;
- Simple Notification Service, VPC.

- Linux(Ubuntu, Amazon Linux 1&2, Debian) setup, administration, and monitoring;
- Docker, Zabbix (5.0 + Nginx + PostgreSQL), Terraform, Ansible, Git;
- letsencrypt/certbot, Bash scripts, LAMP stack;
- Web server setup, monitoring, and maintenance;
- Experience setting up, managing, and maintaining SQL-based DBs;
- Understanding of network software (web servers, load balancers, proxies, etc) and protocols (TCP, HTTP, DNS, SMTP, etc);
- Strong attention to detail and deadline-focused mentality.

- 2+ years of related experience;
- Interest in DevOps practices;
- Interest or experience in virtualizing/containerizing software deployments;
- Experience setting up, maintaining and upgrading one or more of the following: the ELK stack, RabbitMQ, PostgreSQL;
- Experience with one or more of the following tools: Ansible, Chef, Puppet, SaltStack;
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
