For which tasks (responsibilities)?

The US General Manager will lead EasyWin Inc’s business operations, strategy, and growth across the United States. This executive role owns market expansion, regulatory alignment, partnerships, and P&L performance, ensuring the company scales responsibly and profitably within the US real-money gaming landscape.

Key Responsibilities

Own and execute the US market strategy, including state-by-state expansion
Manage P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking
Lead cross-functional teams spanning operations, compliance, marketing, and partnerships
Establish and maintain relationships with regulators, platform partners, and vendors
Ensure all operations align with US federal and state gaming regulations
Represent EasyWin Inc in external negotiations and strategic initiatives

What kind of professional are we looking for?

8+ years of senior leadership experience in gaming, fintech, gambling, or regulated digital products

Proven experience managing P&L and scaling US-based operations
Strong understanding of US regulatory environments and compliance-driven businesses
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Good to Have
